my brain likes to gaslight me into thinking my symptoms aren't real/all in my head (I know I know) so my body counters back with undeniable swelling of my hands and fingers #MyAutoimmuneDisease

Need help

My mom's phone is damaged, apparently it dropped and the screen has gone black you can only hear the notifications, she's really sad this is the second phone to do that and besides she just got it fixed barely a month ago, she called me with an old phone and i tried all the instructions google said, i checked for physical damage, i tried force restarting it, i checked for any dirt in the charging port, but it looks fine except the screen is showing nothing and the only tech man we trust to fix it is my dad's friend but we don't know where he is since dad is currently not in the country so she says she has to wait for saturday when he comes back to take it to the man, but until then that's her only means of communication with my sister abroad and all the data in it is important for her job so i need to fix it for her asap, i just don't know what to do, and i keep telling my mom to watch over her phone she can't keep dropping them like that and expect them to be fine, gosh, lord help me.

#once again and i know i've been asking this a lot #is there anyone who understands tech and can help me #heads up i tried all the basic and adviced stuff noted above so idk if smbd knows a loophole around it google didn't mention #because i refuse to assume it's beyond repair or damage it any firtger by opening it up as an unprofessional #further*#help would be much appreciated
