Linked Tutorial
Character sheet line up!
Here’s the first lineup for my new Legend of Zelda comic! Im so excited you’ve no idea.

This is just the first (fifth) pass, so their designs are most likely gonna change. I just had to get them out of my folders. (Hyrule’s a bit too tall but whatever)
This is my Linked Tutorial au! The premise is that 11 different links from across time all get yoinked from the beginning of their first adventures and dropped into the depths in totk.
They go through the ‘tutorials’ in their games so some of them at least have a sword but are otherwise a bunch of newbies.
I put them in the depths for a few reasons,
1: there isn’t enough Depths content so I’m doing it myself
2: I refuse to believe the froc is the only depths-only monster so I’m expanding the ecosystem
3: I’ve got an actual plot related reason that surprisingly makes sense so im just going with it
(I havent played half the games so idk the beginnings of Warriors, Twilights, Winds, or Tracks, i havent played Minish Cap yet but i did read the manga, just using info from LU and fics ive read)
List of Links (Fi knows all their hero names, none of them got more than an hour into their adventures and thus dont know their titles)
Warriors (20) - yoinked before the war starts, Eldest daughter syndrome, single father, stressed, very protective, good singing voice, sings the little ones to sleep, the little’uns like to trail behind him and cling to his scarf like a train, the field medic, Hyrule may have healing magic but Wars has medical training
Sky (18) Crimson, and Fi - yoinked when he jumps off Skyloft after he gets Fi, (Fi’s there too, idk what i want her to look like yet) Big brother vibes, chill, has no filter tho, sassy, new to everything on the surface, has the worst time adjusting to the depths since he's never not seen the sky before, Wind is a pretty close second, everyone except Wind loves Crimson
Twilight (17) Epona - idk, sometime when hes near Epona, (idk when he gets his wolf form), Herds the kids like goats, uncle vibes, always up to play games with them, caries them around on his shoulders a lot, the little kids Love Epona
Wild (17) - yoinked the moment he jumped off the Great Plateau, does not have the camera or compendium, still figuring shit out, has a lot of déjà vu, Very curious, wonders constantly, WILL put shit in his mouth, the big kids have to do the whole ‘whats in your mouth? Drop it!’ bit, learning to cook, burns a lot of food because he keeps getting distracted
Rift (15) - (I love Echoes but for plot related reasons she had to stay home) yoinked when he fell through that very first rift, has his bow and arrows, Extremely protective of the little kids cuz of his childhood, mute because of the rift that took him, fluent in sign
Wind (13) - yoinked right after Aryll is kidnapped, Stressed about his sister being taken by the Helmaroc King, scared of Crimson, takes a while to get use to him, lost his leg in a boating accident when he was younger but tells crazy, ever changing, wildly conflicting stories about how he lost it in a cool fight, tells so many stories about Aryll and their grandma
Tracks (13) - idk, hes got a shovel, Always covered in soot, i know the least about him since hes not in linked universe and ive never played the game, has a very blunt logical way of thinking, almost burn his tail off in the train boiler (idk if this works since hes yoinked so early in the game)
Four (13) Ezlo - yoinked when he enters the Deepwood Shrine, yes Ezlo is an actual bird, everything else about him is the same though, Can turn into a Minish cuz I say so, stressed about Zelda being turned to stone, very prideful
Hyrule (10) - yoinked when he leaves the first cave after getting his sword, Half hylian/half fairy, his mom is a great fairy and she raised him, he can talk to and understand fairys, he can make chime noises too, quiet most of the time but does burst into loud chattering every once in a while, Loves to explore
Legend (11) - yoinked right after he saves Fable, Legend and Fable are siblings in this, naturally pink hair and violet eyes, Not over his uncles death, it was like an hour before the comic starts, refuses to let go of his uncles sword and shield even if he can barely use them, has the nickname Turtle because of his big shield, he has to two hand his uncles sword, if hes distracted enough he acts more like the excitable little kid he is
(their ages were supposed to be in order but I recently found out Hyrule is (canonically?) 10 in the first game and I always headcanoned Legend starting his at 11. Those two are pretty much the same age)

Time (9) Navi - yoinked right before he leaves Kokiri Forest, has a really long tail so he wraps it around his waist, doesnt talk much at all, can read and write but only in kokiri, doesnt know written hylian tho Wars is teaching him, super blunt, prone to outbursts when angry, only listens to Navi at first
