So I mayyyy do a long post about the concept of letting your emotions control you while making you fight first/ think last and call it an "animal instint" as Huey kind of said it before trying to find solutions using his reason. Also Steelbeak's "that kid is an animal" speech is what makes me wanna talk about that.

Would anyone stop me if I took a dozen paragraphs or so to ramble about Pokey from Earthbound and how one single line of mistranslated dialogue completely destroys his character and reputation in the west?

I’ve been playing the game again and this one bit just boils my blood WAY more than it honestly should because with the knowledge I have about how his story changes in Japan I have a COMPLETELY different view of him than most people I know who like Earthbound!

So

There's something you need to know, Tumblr, and that is that I love cats. Always have, always will. But my family, or more precisely my parents, don't like them that much (mum hates them, dad says they should stay outside).

However,as of late I've made it my life mission to get my dad to adopt a kitten for me so I can both shower a kitty with love and fulfill my lifelong fantasy.

To accomplish this I've decided to start the year by sending to my dad a picture of a cat every day until he agrees to let me adopt one. Please join me in this journey (and if you can, send me pics of cats, or your cat if you have one, bc I will run out of content eventually)
