FFVIII replay thoughts:

I keep imagining how amazingly horrifying the Trabia Garden scenes could be in a potential remake of this game, if they did it justice.

Even if they kept the zombie draw point in the graveyard, which is just plain morbid 😂.

I love the scenes because of what it does for Selphie as a character, but also thinking about everything that just happened and what it means for her and everyone around there makes me cry.

Also, I'd love to see what a remake could do with the amnesia plot twist. It would be amazing to see small hints dropped throughout the game before this point, maybe some more flashbacks earlier. And imagine how adorable all the remade little kid versions of the crew would be 🥺

Like I’m still thinking about Quistis saying fuck all to orders and going to apologize to Rinoa while Zell and Selphie are like Quistis no and she all like Qusitis yes

They were like we got to kill the sorceress and quistis is like you dont understand i only had rinoa for the trip from timber to deiling but if anything happened to her i would kill you all and myself
