though i’d escape into stardew valley for a few weeks to relax.

this is how it started

I am upset i can’t marry the wizard. or the fisherman. or that adventurer guy.

I kept giving gifts to Elliott because he was always in the way, and then I realized I don’t like him. I tried to befriend Abigail... I don’t like her. Everybody is either too young or needs saving in some way.

Leah seemed cool and I tried to improve my character’s relationship with her. We even danced. Can you spot my character? lmao

And then.. and then... she brings me this STATUE she’s been working on which she calls  "How I feel about [my character’s name]" and.. and...

IT’S A POO PRETZEL. THANK YOU LEAH. WTF.

At that time things were kind of like this.

After that I learned that Harvey loves pickles and I started giving all of my pickles to him, and to my surprise it turned out that he might be actually the only romanceable character that pities ME a little. I thought could it be?? Is it destiny? Finally somebody who happily takes my pickles and doesn’t complain about wishing for something more?? So, I guess I’m going to try to see where this relationship goes.

Here’s my farm btw. I’m on year 2 summer, trees are taking over and there’s a fucking alien pod near the pond.

My dog and two chickens love me, there’s a new duck. Can you spot the cow? Me neither. I have to go into the woods and manually search for the cow, constantly falling over young tree saplings and nearly breaking my knees. Sometimes the cow comes up to hang out in the patch of grass near the coop, then it’s a good day. Btw chickens are called Bok and Bak, and the duck is Bek. Dog is Barker, and the cow is Masha.

Worth mentioning, I also have three bee hives. I plant them flowers for the bees. I don’t pick the flowers, they’re not for me, they’re for the bees. I care about bees more than about the whole farming aspect. But we also never get to see or hear them?? Upsetting.

P.s.vanilla fishing can suck my ass. I installed mods to skip the mini game and now it’s my main source of income xD
