Hi, I have a daughter who is 15yrs old. She is not even 5ft. She is very active in sports. Plays tennis and soccer. She eats well. Me and my husband are just 5'2''. I tried to work with my daughter to do jump rope and other hanging exercises. She does not like to do. I really want her to grow at least another 4 inches. Is there any food or supplement that I can give her? Please advise.
Your daughter can grow few inches. I cannot guarantee theexact inches but it depends on her performing certain yogic postures along withinternal visualization. Merely playing and exercising does little help ingaining height. The root has to be caught and here it is growth hormones thatneed to be stimulated. Vitamin D is a fat solublevitamin. Over dosage can harm. It is advisable to take a little lower qualitythan what is recommended on the pack.
She must visualize herself as a taller person by closing her eyes. This is to be accompanied with a stretch of arms above her head and as if her head is pulled by a string from sky. She must do this visualization at least twice a day.
