Have the two dragon slayers ever hang out at the beach when it's a hot day?

Yes. Though Dragonslayers in general aren't as effected by temperatures as others, super hot or super cold weather is still a pain to deal with.

If they're together, they'd more than likely try to scope out a quieter stretch of beach or go spend the day by a river out in the forests.

Cobra doesn't really like to show off his body, so even in extreme heat the least amount of clothing he's willing to wear are swim trunks and a tank top, or go swimming wearing a short-sleeved rash guard.

If it's hot enough (and it's just the two of them) Gajeel may just be like "fuck clothes" and go swimming naked.

They're actually both pretty good swimmers.

What is a good place for them to go on a date?

Ideally, someplace quiet or someplace with really good food. Spending a night together at home with good take out food, a big bed 😏, etc where they're alone in a private space is also good.

Movies aren't unheard of, but they have to see a movie on opening night or else Cobra risks hearing spoilers if it's a major release.

For more special dates... surprise tickets to a big concert never fail to make Gajeel grin. (He also secretly likes to go clothes shopping, but we all knew that... have you seen his outfits??)

And while it's extremely difficult to surprise Cobra, he'll never turn down a chance to go to a reptile expo. (After all, you can't control who/what types of sneks and reptiles will be shown at one.)

This might be a personal question but has Gajeel ever transformed his entire body into metal scales for foreplay?

I have a headcanon that I adore about full-body scales. You see... for dragons, when not in a fighting situation, brandishing their scales so openly at another dragon may be an attempt at seduction/a sign of arousal.

So... full-body scales could definitely lead to foreplay. 😘

45. Kisses exchanged as they move around, hitting the edges of tables or nearly tripping over things on the floor before making it to the sofa, or bed.

It was always like this when it had been a while since they had last spent time alone together.

And it had been a while.

Nipping, fanged, quick kisses as they forgot the rest of the world in each other's presence. Hands grasping, pushing, pulling, wandering each other, slipping off layers of clothing that were discarded haphazardly on whatever sofa or armchair happened to be under the pair as they took turns pinning one another in an intimate dance of rough affection that only they knew the steps to.

For the two dragons - iron and poison - it usually ended in bed. But not like that, not always. Sometimes being so close was enough when they were both so touch-starved, when only the other's fingers caressing skin, seeking out and soothing scars, both old and new, would do.
