01. What would be their twitter name? What sorts of tweets would they tweet?
It’d just be prowlofpetrex. If prowlofpetrex wasn’t available he’d track down whoever had that username and politely but firmly ask them why they’re using his name and whether they would give it to him to use, since it’s his. Failing that, he’d be prowlofpetrex1 or something.
He’d pretty much exclusively tweet PSAs from the police and safety tips and whatnot. Every once in a while he’d make a general post like “I like [this club] but wish that the lights above the bar didn’t flash, it’s not a dance club so why do they have flashing lights?” and somebody would reply with “@prowlofpetrex1 why are you talking about lights in a club on the official police account?” and he’d go “This isn’t an official police account, this is my personal account. Why do you think it’s an official police account?” on top of his 200 solid tweets of police PSAs.
02. What’s their favorite genre of movies? Of music?
His favorite genre is mysteries and cop movies. His definition of “mysteries” is very broad. It extends from heist movies (which is like, a mystery from the perspective of the criminals who set up the mystery) all the way to supernatural horror movies (yes, obviously a ghost is haunting the family, but the mystery remains of who the ghost is and what they want and why they’re haunting the family and whether or not they’re going to kill the family, if indeed that is the ghost’s objective). He went to a weekly horror movie night for months and constantly referred to it as “murder mystery night” because he never realized it wasn’t. He has an extremely high tolerance for inaccuracies in cop movies; he’ll complain about them but still enjoy them. There’s a special place in his spark for cop comedies.
His favorite genre of music is whatever’s the Cybertronian equivalent of “broad swathe of classic rock from the 60s to the 80s.” He likes songs about living a simple, uncomplicated life, because that’s what he wants and has never had.
03. What’s on their top queue on Netflix?
Forensic Files, and a pile of other true crime documentary series. He’s a lot more interested in shows that demonstrate how and why crimes are solved than in the shows that linger in morbid fascination on the criminals behind the crimes. Hence why he does NOT have, say, Inside the Mind of a Serial Killer on his queue. Hot Fuzz, which he’s probably seen a dozen times now. Mindhunter, which he watched with Soundwave on someone else’s recommendation. Things that would be on his queue if Netflix had them: Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Angie Tribeca, Blue’s Clues, The Accountant, and half a dozen Marx Bros movies. (Poirot deserves to be on the list, but Prowl doesn’t watch it without Soundwave so it wouldn’t hit his private queue.)
04. What’s their favorite scent? Do they smell like that?
Prowl hates scents so much that when he was extremely young he had his ability to smell surgically removed. He generally smells like whatever wax and shampoo are cheapest without feeling gross, and/or whatever cleaning materials are communally available for free. Underneath that, he always smells very faintly like an overheated computer.
His mun, however, deeply wants all of you to know that the mun loves citrus.
He’s an alien robot and I really don’t want to hypothesize about how to map the socioeconomic and personality traits of human apple/android users onto alien robots.
06. Favourite Season? Least favourite season?
I have no idea what Cybertronian seasons are like. None at all. There are absolutely no headcanons for seasons in his universe.
Among the Earth seasons, he prefers non-snowy but windy winters, and any season that comes with a lot of rain.
07. Are they a bottom or top or versatile?
In terms of physical acts he’ll perform and not touching on the dom/sub dynamic at all, versatile.
08. Describe their morning routine. Do they wake up early or sleep in? Do they press the snooze button a bunch of times or do they immediately get up?
Wakes up at the first alarm. Grumbles, hates, suffers; but gets up promptly. Trudges mechanically through his morning routine, which he’s basically got down to simply refueling and stumbling out the door to head for work. He’s got his alarm set as late as possible to allow him to get to work on time provided he has no interruptions or distractions from his juggernaut-like half-asleep zombie walk to work.
09. If they were to be compared to a canon character, who would that be?
