falcon for a queen
Queen Letizia || Galcon
Here’s a Galcon, which those of you who are well versed in the lore of completely made up cryptids will know is the unholy combination of a flesh rending falcon with all the arrogant, pugnacious energy of a goose
Queen Letizia || Galcon (top & skirt)
So today, while in a tournament in Galcon 2 (an iOS game), someone asked "is anyone not a boy here?"
I said "me, I'm non-binary." Just like that, as casually as I would say "I'm 23" if anyone asked about who wasn't a teenager. (Later the same person asked "is anyone a girl?" because a few people didn't answer, and again, I said "nope, not me.")
I explained that I was "closer to a girl, I guess" but that I wasn't really "either one." The person who asked was confused, but since Galcon is a pretty fast-paced game, I only had time to dismiss their confusion with a quick "it's called non-binary, look it up."
I think they thought it was a genitals thing, and I didn't bother explaining to them that it's more of a brain thing in my case--but other than the fact that the conversation did kinda shift over to genitals after that (as many video game chats do), nobody made a big deal about it, and we all kept playing.
Hey, if acceptance has to be achieved through indifference, then whatever. Let's do that. I was only there to play video games, like everyone else!
Been playing some games on my Ubuntu desktop using Steam. I actually liked Galcon. It's so simple yet I still enjoyed it.
Does galcon happen every year or is this the first year?
