oKAY LET ME TELL YOU essentially in this au, after shiro and keith learn that keith is galra, they decide not to tell the team for fear of causing a rift. he learns that lance is bisexual (or w/e your sexuality hc for him is) and is like !! i might have a chance w lance !! and keiths hand has slowly been turning purple because the quintessence only slowed his galraifying, instad if healing & stopping it. shiro soon disappears and keith is instilled as the black paladin. (1/?)

they instill a new paladin for red, who keith still communicates with, although it isnt the same. soon after he is instilled as the black paladin, the galrafication spreads to his neck and his ears start to change, making it harder and harder to hide. by now, lance has grown close to the new red paladin, and it seems to keith that lance has a genuine crush on them. (sPOILER ALERT HE HAS A CRUSH ON KEITH) (2/?)

and the new paladin is adjusting really well to the team and he starts to feel isolated. So one day, he realizes that his galra half has become too hard to hide because its spread to his face and/or his ears started to change. So he says goodbye to red and black, packs the essentials, such as food, clothing, and his knife, and leaves. he disguises himself as a galra soldier and starts rising through the ranks w the help of thace (IM IN DENIAL) (3/?)

keith starts placing important info in places he knows pidge will find it and stuuf like that. one day, the paladins are doing a recon mission in the galra hub going off info they found. its goes well at first but quckly turns sour when they get found. keith helps them escape and they dont realize that its him and they are Apprehensive(tm) but thanks Random Cool Galra. and thats abt as far as i have for a set storyline ONTO THE PLOT FRAGMENTS (4/?)

the galra they met in the weblum is a bounty hunter lady shes gay thats all i have i kind of want there to be a scene that mirrors keiths first meeting with the red lion but sad and i dont know where to put that hunk is the first to really accept that keith is galra and approach him keith nudges pidge in her familys direction and makes sure she finds them red really misses keith lance is v worried when keith disappeared the new paladin is an alien lance has a huge crush on keith (5/5) (maybe?)
