Sadstuck Headcanon: When Gamzee found out Tav was dead, he flipped his shit. One of his best bros was gone, and added to the fact that he had no sopor left, it really just set him off. He had no best bro and no pies, all he had left to do was face himself. When he did, he lost horribly. So he went on his little rampage, Karkat calmed him down, and they became moirails. Then, and only then, did he realize how bad the situation really is, and abandoned ship. He left to go off with Caliborn and was only seen a few times in the vents of the meteor. He pale dumped Karkat and started black dating Terezi, but all he really wants is something stable. Something he can rely on.
