Garthar joins the guild after you've completed three special jobs. He's not terribly complex, but compared to some other people in this tournament he's doing pretty well for himself on characterization. Gallus, meanwhile, is the former guildmaster, and his shadow hangs over the entire questline. While technically not a member of the guild anymore on account of being dead, he has a lot going for him- a unique voice type, a compelling story, a charming personality... certainly there's reason to vote for him, but one might argue that he doesn't really count. Or perhaps you're just a big Garthar fan?
