Thanks to a blog post from Ray Lederer I was able to learn certain Skyrim concepts were developed in this order.
1. A world artist develops the design and basic layout of a scene or area (eg. Whiterun)
2. That artist then builds the area in-engine
3. Another artist (in this case Ray Lederer) would then take a screenshot(s) of the area and "paint in" the details over the screenshot image.
4. As far as i understand, the image would then be passed off to other artists to further build the area in-engine
I was going to say that I haven’t heard SHIT from the higher ups at work about the lawsuit against the company, but lucky me I came in tonight to an email from Rob Kostich letting me know that these sorts of allegations would never ever ACTUALLY happen!!
29 Game.
Spriting is weird, because if you have more than one pose, you eventually end up with a highly detailed, gesturing animu directly next to a FACELESS ABOMINATION
finally android gyroscope input, swipe camera look and acceleration slider,
also changed res from 256 x 144 to 384 x 216 (just for now)
