The litter squad at @darulummahgoresbrook Our special team have been constant and helped raise so much awareness in the local area. Every act to protect the environment, no matter how small, makes a difference. And so, when hundreds of thousands of #LitterHeroes all join forces and take the same action at the same time, the difference we make is huge. Back for its seventh year, the 2022 message for the Great British Spring Clean is simple. We’ve loved being part of the #BigBagChallenge and pledged to pick up as much litter as we can, before, during and will continue to do so after the campaign. We used this particular litter pick for our #greatbritishspringclean for @keepbritaintidy and also the @muslimcouncil.uk call for Mosques to get involved in litter picking as a community activity. Keep Britain Tidy cannot achieve its goals - eliminating litter and ending waste for now and for future generations - alone and this is where an army of volunteers comes in, helping care for the environment. This year over 560,000 volunteers have given their time to support Keep Britain Tidy and we are so grateful for their efforts.
