Can you believe it’s already February? Feels like yesterday we were hosting Arctic Lights at the end of first semester!

February means Everyday Class Notes care packages from alumni! Make sure to check your mailboxes next week for your ticket-- and don’t lose it! Distribution will occur Feb. 27-Mar. 1, 10am-4pm on the 2nd floor of JRC.

This Friday's #GSO (Grinnell Shout Out) goes to alum Peter Calvert for his work to help students he met in the Life Skills workshop hosted last fall find meaningful, socially active internship opportunities through the College alumni family.

What is, you may ask, Arctic Lights?

Well, it involves the following:

Class-based games competition

Free pizza

Board games

Hot cocoa

Lighting of Gates Tower

Candles

Camaraderie

Your friends

Join the Student Alumni Council, Class Ambassadors, and ACE for a relaxing evening of games such as Four Square, Arctic Bundle, Treasure Hunters, and Tug of War before you join us outside for the lighting of Gates Tower.
