My entry for @gemsonazine , it was super nice to revisit my gems again! I missed my rock kids. So the theme I went with is tiers of war. From those waging to fighting to simply suffering from them. 

From top to bottom:

Tiger’s Eye the general with her Amber Pearl.

Charoite the life stealer/molder & Apatite the battle hungry stealth solider.

And of course, my main bae, Azurite, the gem crafter, with their shattered boo, Tiger’s Eye.

Day 2: Koroit Opal

So I’m doing the design challenge with @gem-flow! This time, we needed to design a gemsona based of our favorite gemstone. Mine is Koroit Opal! I just made this chaaracter in like 5 minutes lol. Anyways, hope you like her!

This is my first Gemsona! Meet Tiger’s Eye! She is a feisty gem, although with good intentions. She is rather playful and fun to be around. She will fight till the end if you’re worthy of her.

HOMEWORLD:

On Homeworld, Tiger’s Eye was serving under Yellow Diamond. She was a soldier of the court. She was described by others as hotheaded and reserved. She never spoke unless spoken to and was extremely loyal to Yellow Diamond. Although, she had heard talk about an uprising started by a pink gem (Rose Quartz). Tiger’s Eye, out of curiosity, began following Rose and the others. She, mentally, called herself a ‘spy’ for the court. She ended up becoming very interested in the uprising and joined Rose’s side for good.

LIFE ON EARTH:

Tiger’s Eye was really bad when it came to getting used to Earth’s customs. Amethyst helped her begin her food habit, especially when it came to junk food. She now has an undying love for ice cream and milk. Amethyst, out of angst and mockery of Tiger’s cat-like appearance and personality, had bought and used Catnip on the feisty cutie. It actually ended up working, and Tiger got addicted to it, but Garnet had hid it away right after. Tiger’s Eye has become very mature and much more loose than she was before. She has also made some alterations to her original soldier outfit, but still keeps the same material. Garnet and Pearl have tried to get her to change her clothes, which might even happen in the future (when I get the chance to draw her again xD).

I made a fusion and I love her

She’s a big nerd and the perma-fusion of two cuties. I wanted to do another Sapphire fusion gem because I thought it would look pretty cute and ohmygod she does. I love her design to death.

Redo of Black Diamond. Not 100% about her, but was sort done with this particular try haha. Might go back again and try a different outfit. Black Diamond's are usually either man made or just a form of White Diamond. My BD was initially second with White Diamond, but upon realizing she was more defect then Diamond, White cast her out to a far off star system. Black Diamond has remained out of the Diamond Authorities sight and been more then happy to take her gems and create a better civilization of her own. Gonna work on her more and work on her court. Man. I need to get back into doing gemsona stuff in general. Need to find me an rp group or something.
