Gemuary 2025 Day 18: Turritella Agate
Turritella Agate, aka Elimia Agate, is a form of chalcedony stuffed full of the fossils of Elimia Tenera snails! The area where they are found, Green River in Wyoming, was once a riverbed.
Day 4: Stibnite
The primary ore of antimony, stibnite is a poisonous mineral that used to be used in kohl.

These particular kinds of agate are found in Lake Superior!
