No one can tell you otherwise or question it.

It is not up to aromantic people to help you figure out what romance and romantic attraction is.

It is not up to agender/genderless people to help you figure out what gender is.

It is not up to asexual people to help you figure out what sexual attraction is.

Sure, a given person might be able to help you come to a greater understanding, but it's not their job. They themselves may only have enough of an understanding to say it does not apply to them, and even if they have a good understanding, they won’t necessarily know what will help you get that understanding.
