Unpleasant HAARP activity yesterday captured by Gabe C. from Los Angeles. There is more of the same today, as aerosols are being used to stop the rain here in Southern California. This is the sky of California's drought, seldom blue, "partly cloudy," and rainless. Aerosol clouds cannot produce rain. Why are we allowing this crime to be committed against us?
