The fact that I only have one more week of classes before this semester is over is a horrifying thought. It's also a great reminder of how in the late spring I have to start hunting down a PhD position...which is even more horrifying. Master Degrees are ridiculously short.

FINALLY have a working title and outline for my thesis defense! Now to get some grading done for one of my classes I'm teaching this semester and finish up some laundry.

Oh, also spent too much time talking to two of my professors today in lab about the fact that diorite and andesite are in Minecraft.

I took a make up exam today and told my professor to "not cry too hard while grading it" when handing it in because I had 0 idea what half of it was.

So I've been getting really stressed lately because I keep changing my mind and not knowing what to do about my major, but I think I've finally decided.

Earth Science and Policy with a Geoscience Minor

This way I can be an environmental consultant with a focus on land and water usage and still have a focus on geoscience and make at least 70k hehe

The relief I feel is unparalleled.

Silly Writing Difficulties

They are coming at me in two categories:

1. I am too sick to be writing papers about climate change.  But my paper is due tomorrow. I MUST FORAGE AHEAD ANYWAY.

2. My main character for my story is the best dude.  THE BEST DUDE.  And I can't write him being the best dude.  Because essay.  But he is awesome. Finally.
