Because all of this footage is secretly "Pallywood" accounts.
Guess aside from every humanitarian organization on this planet... all media outside of Israel, Germany, and the US... around fifty countries on this planet... near every hospital to ever be built in the entire MENA region... and many more...
It now turns out Hamas is ALSO running half of the IDF themselves. And all of their socmed.
