I was also excited that I could still do this pose with my back issue. I couldn’t get the full flexion that I desired but I’m glad I could do this at all. If you don't feel balanced, what can you do about it? . Hmm... that’s actually a difficult question. Balance really comes from understanding the reasoning behind things that may seem like opposition. In order to know about good there must be bad. In order to have a hero you must have a nemesis. So the reality is when things seem unbalanced it’s because we have not learned the lesson or understand the thing or situation that is causing you to feel that way. Did I confuse you?
