Every day I struggle in some way. Who doesn’t right? That’s what life is about. My current project. #projectsummerbody has had some ups and downs. That’s why it is helpful to have a coach. Did I really need a coach? Probably not. What it comes down to is how bad do you want it? How bad do you want (insert just about anything here)? I have a good coach @coachkosier while he says I make his job “easy” if it wasn’t for his knowledge base and encouragement through the last 7-8 weeks I might not be at this point. I stumbled a few times but he picked me and kept me on track. Yesterday was a low carb day. He doesn’t know it but I will fuck with the macros he gives me (HE KNOWS NOW😂 hey Josh!) yesterday was supposed to be recovery in the gym. I had a busy day at work, then had a bunch of errands and chores so I never made it to the gym. It was more important to me to spend time with my wife also. I knew I didn’t need a lot of carbs yesterday so I cut them out of 3 of 5 meals. Not everyone “knows” their body well enough to do something like this. They’d just stick with X number of carbs. Which technically is not a bad thing. But I know my body, I knew I wasn’t going to need them as I wasn’t performing anything strenuous. My body rewarded me. I woke up “tight” I felt lean and not a lot of subcutaneous water. Sure I’ll fill up with water as the day progresses and I drink my gallon plus of water for the day.
