Just another day in the lab. #shoulderworkout I will hit traps on shoulder day as well as back day (inadvertently on back day). Beside the obvious, Deadlifts traps are built with high volume for me. I love the pump from doing high volume trapezius work. For me it’s kinda like calves. To get my shitty calves to grow I have to hit them 2-3 days a week. (And as of late I haven’t been😂) notice I hit rear deltoids a lot too. Think about it. You hit front delta directly so much in upper body lifts you have to make up for it somewhere🤷♂️. It’s what makes your shoulders big and round. So many people neglect rear delts. It’s a small muscle and doesn’t need heavy direct work for growth. And using different angles and grips can work them in different ways. Stimulate not annihilate. On that nugget... I’m off from the gym today but getting a massage later.
