Well here we are! Been roughly 3 months, 14 weeks. With the help of @coachkosier with my food intake (don’t like the word “diet”) this is the result. I’ve been much leaner but this is about sustainability. At this level of body fat I look okay and more importantly I feel better. I’ve lost a 3.5” around my waist. The crazy thing is I weigh pretty much the same and am noticeably leaner. I started at 206. I currently range from 198-202. But as high as 204 after all meals and a gallon of water. You CAN gain muscle and lose fat at the same time! Thanks so much to my coach @coachkosier he was really there for me and I appreciate him helping me reach my goal. I’d recommend his services any day👍🏻 and now I just need to keep from getting fat again😁 the “diet” I’ve been on was very manageable and I was still able to drink socially with friends as well as have “cheat” meals. I am sure if I’d have been more strict, I’d be leaner but it wasn’t really my goal. I wanted an easily sustainable diet and body fat level all said and done.
