It's really 1 of those things that we take for granted but has magical effects for us. That being said, there is such a thing as 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗛𝗬𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡. Typically, aim to have your pee be clear with abit of yellow. If it's dark yellow, drink more. 🌊 If it's super clear with no hint of yellow all the time, you might want to consider drinking abit lesser. ↘ Overhydration pulls nutritients and salts out of your body. Statistically, this isn't common for people... But it does happen. Just take note alright! Do you drink enough water? Where are you at on the urine chart!
