Good morning everyone!! Once again I have been absent on here lately, but I'm finally getting my head on straight with what I'm having to manage. I've been going to the gym about every other day, and I haven't been pushing myself as much as I can. I'm not getting discouraged though, I will get back into the swing of things, and get to my goal. If you get upset that you cannot make it to the gym everyday, then try eating healthier that day! Also, if you can't go to the gym you can try to walk down the stairs rather than take an elevator, or do small things to add a little more cardio to your day! The small things count! Never ever get discouraged at yourself when you're trying your best, sometimes time management is hard, but if it means enough to you it will make itself known! Always do what you can, and it will be enough!! I hope everyone has a great day, and does their very best that they can today!!
