suguru enjoyed having his long hair brushed, although he never showed it.
as he read his book, his own wooden comb being held by you, smoothly glided through his long, dark locks that cascaded down his back. he was knelt in front of you on his futon, his eyes fixed down on his book that sat in his lap.
"you have such long hair. haven’t you ever thought about cutting it?" you would ask, breaking the silence. humming in response, suguru remained focused on his book.
"do you want me to cut it?" he said softly. you furrowed your eyebrows, unsure how to respond. "I-I didn't mean that," you stammered.
amused, he allowed a faint smirk to appear. "there must be a reason for such a question. you can tell me," he encouraged.
"i.. was just curious," she said, her tone softening as she slowed her brushing. noting the change in her manner, he nodded to himself, showing some interest in the conversation.
"i see. maybe I'll think about it later," he remarked in a quiet voice. you paused, staring out at the reflection in the mirror of the both of you as you gently ran her fingers through his hair. although your expression would remain neutral, a hint of softness shone in your eyes. truth was, he prided his long hair.
you decided to braid a small portion of his hair, sectioning three parts, each time running your finger through briskly. you noticed his sleepy, heavy-lidded eyes in the mirror despite him sitting straight. after completing the braid, you set it down against his back, allowing it to unravel slowly.
you rested your chin on his shoulder, exhaling softly. “i actually prefer you with long hair,"
a quiet chuckle rumbled from deep within him. there was a sense of playfulness in his tone as he responded. “alright, i’ll keep it just for you then."
In which you lose your relationship to Suguru Geto.
Set during the Hidden Inventory Arc. Angst, fluff, mentions of blood, murder, sad themes, break up, reader is a sorcerer. Mentions of showering together. Nothing sexual. I’ve had this one in my drafts for way too long! I am open to a part two if it’s requested.

“Suguru, dammit, be careful.” I warned him as the anxiety was eating me away.
“Baby I’ll be fine. Satoru and I are the strongest. I can guarantee that this mission will be successful.” He boasted giving me a kiss on the forehead before heading out.
“Just please, I have a bad feeling.” I slightly yelled as he began waking away. “Don’t you worry, everything’s gonna be fine.” He waved off as he set off on his mission.
Something in me knew that it wasn’t going to be alright. My boyfriend and Satoru are indeed the strongest. Most of the time they can do anything even if they’re slacking off, which is most of the time. But this time it felt as though my very soul was screaming that it wasn’t going to be okay. That they weren’t going to be successful. That there was going to be something that was going to go wrong and I hoped it wasn’t my curse technique telling me so.
The next day I walked into principal Yagas office. I bowed showing my respect as I awaited my own mission call. The nagging feeling in my chest still hasn’t gone away but I decided that it must be nerves. I pushed my h/c out of my face trying to look more presentable.
“Is something troubling you L/n?” Yaga questioned as he continued making one of his dolls.
“I’m just worried for Satoru and Suguru.” I responded honestly
“They’ll be fine. Despite the importance of this mission and some of the dangers involved, I am more than confident that those boys will be successful.” He said confidently
“I hope you are correct on this Mr. Yaga. And I hope I am very wrong about this.” I spoke doing my best to swallow the nerves bubbling in my body.
A few days later, news of the incident reached the school. All of my peers teachers were scrambling to understand what happened and how the strongest sorcerers could fail. To my knowledge, someone intercepted their mission making success slim. I knew that once everything settled down that I would ask what happened to the mission that my Geto Suguru was so confident about.
The next day the boys returned. I made my way to great them at the entrance of the school hoping to give them some comfort in this horrible time. As soon as I saw Geto my heart skipped a beat but quickly broke seeing how utterly defeated he looked.
“Geto, Gojo!” I called out
“Oh hey y/n.” Gojo replied giving me a small smile before waking past me with a solemn expression.
“Suguru.” I whispered walking up to him as I placed my hands softly on his shoulders.
“Y/n.” He said looking into my worried eyes. “Good to see you’re still just as beautiful as ever.” He spoke looking down on my face
“Thank you. Let’s get you something to eat.” I said focused on taking care of him.
“I’m okay, not hungry think I might go shower. You’re free to join if you want.” He whispered in a tired tone
“Of course, let’s go.” I smiled giving him a quick hug.
Suguru proceeded to hold me for longer than I anticipated. I felt his poor body shake slightly. His head was placed securely in the crook of my neck. His grip was hard but I could tell he needed this. He needed to feel something good.
After we showered together we laid on his bed hugging each other close. The room was dark and there was no noise other than the fan blowing in the left corner. Suguru laid on my chest holding me close as I stroked his beautiful black hair. We laid like this for about ten minutes when I heard him snuffling into my chest. Immediately I felt worried and hugged him closer to my chest.
“Suguru baby, can you tell me what’s on your mind if you feel comfortable?” I asked placing a lingering kiss on top of his head.
“I failed y/n… I failed something so simple all because of him.” He whispered his voice raspy
“Him? Who was he?” I asked softly
“That damn bounty hunter, Toji Fushiguro. He killed her and defeated me without even an ounce of cursed energy.” He paused lifting up off my chest as his tears lingered on his saddened face. He looked at me, pure anger filling them.
“Y/n, the only reason he won was because Satoru finally learned how to use cursed energy. All while I was laying there in a puddle of my own blood.” Suguru spoke through gritted teeth.
“I’m so damn weak!” He spoke louder getting up off the bed and walking to the window.
“Suguru, you’re not weak! What happened was a surprise you couldn’t have know about Toji.” I replied walking to him placing a comforting hand on his shoulder. He quickly shook it off turning his shaking body around to me.
“I did know though! I knew something wasn’t right! I knew that this mission was too damn easy!” He snapped.
“You weren’t there you couldn’t have known!” He added making my heart ache.
“I did know.” I spoke after a small pause.
“I knew something felt off and I tried to warn you.” I admitted tears welling in my eyes.
“So you’re blaming me?” Suguru asked as I could tell he was starting to think irrationally.
“Suguru I’m not saying that at all!” I defended feeling hurt that he would think that.
“Then what are you saying? What are you saying y/n!” He barked his eyes showing pure anger.
“Suguru I know you’re upset right now but I need you to calm down a little.” I pleated feeling slightly scared.
“Don’t tell me what to do! Not you!” He yelled louder brushing past me as he opened the door.
“Suguru where are you going!” I called out as frustrated tears fell down my cheeks.
“Away!” He called out walking down the hall.
“Suguru, please!” I pleated standing in the hallway as I watched him quickly walk away.
My heart ached as it beat faster than it ever had before. All I wanted to do was talk to him and support him but the right words abandoned me. I shook with frustration and sadness. I felt for Suguru and what he and Gojo had to go through. However, I knew I didn’t deserve his words and I hoped that he would come to his senses and talk to me again. Although I was sympathetic to his anger, I knew that I didn’t deserve it.
———
A few days have past and it seemed like Suguru is avoiding me. I’ve tried asking Gojo about where he could be, but even he doesn’t know. Both of us seemed to realize that neither of us had seen him. What’s even worse is that once of our classmates was killed. Haibara was the sweetest and most positive person imaginable, especially in this line of work. Emotions were high and all I wanted to do was be in the arms of the man I loved even despite our last conversation. Despite the recent sadness, class resumed as usual with me and Gojo being the only ones to attend.
“Y/n, I’m sure he’s still upset about how it all ended.” Gojo said tapping his fingers on his desk.
“Yeah, I understand that. But it’s just not like him not to at least let us know where he is.” I replied holding my head in my hands looking at the blank chalkboard.
“That mission was the hardest one both of us either went on. I’m not sure you were told, but both of us nearly died. The only reason we survived was because my reversed curse technique finally decided to work.” Gojo spoke as my eyes widened with shock.
“You guys almost died!” I exclaimed as my heart filled with worry.
“Yeah, guessing he didn’t tell you that.” Gojo responded seemingly shocked himself.
“No, I can’t believe he didn’t tell me.” I whispered feeling ashamed about the last conversation I had with my boyfriend.
“It’s not your fault y/n. Neither of us saw what was happening. Not even me, and I’m suppose to see everything. Hell, I wasn’t even there for Haibara.” Gojo said through gritted teeth.
“Gojo, you both are alive and that’s what matters now. And Haibara is definitely not on your either.” I reassured holding his shoulder feeling my heart clenched at Haibara’s name being mentioned.
“Yeah, I guess so.” Gojo trailed off looking out the window with a solemn look on his “perfect” features.
“I’m going to try find Suguru.” I announced getting up from the hard chair.
“I’ll come with!” Gojo spoke happily
“Sure thing, I just hope he’ll talk to us.” I replied as my nerves began rising.
“Hey, it’ll be okay.” Gojo spoke as though he could read my thoughts and placed a comforting hand on my shoulder.
“Yeah, it will be.” I said even though part of me didn’t believe it.
———
We searched the entire campus for him, even double checking his usual spots multiple times. We tried calling him multiple times but his phone straight to voicemail. Both of us started to panic slightly and Gojo’s “cool guy” attitude began to fade. We both didn’t want to, but we decided to go to the principals office and ask about his whereabouts. Once at the principals office, both of us wakes into the dim lit room feeling hopeful that he might know where sour Suguru was. I decided to speak but was promptly cut of by the principal himself.
“Good, I’m glad you’re both here. Saves me the trouble of finding you both.” He spoke with an unfamiliar tone. “It’s about Geto, it appears we have some troubling news about him.” He added looking at us with a solemn expression.
“What about him?” Gojo spoke up stepping forward with a scowl on his face.
“I’m sorry to say but he sad been banned from Jujutsu society and is now a dangerous criminal.” Yaga said clutching his fists.
“What the hell do you mean!” I exclaimed fear and anger filling my body.
“What the hell did he even do?” I asked
“He murdered his parents and slaughtered an entire village.” Yaga spoke bluntly.
“No! I don’t believe that!” Gojo exclaimed grabbing onto Yagas jacket pulling him closer.
“Don’t lie to me old man!” Gojo added as his voice was laced in disgust
“Gojo, back off! That’s not gonna help anything!” I proclaimed pulling him off our principal.
“Dammit!” Gojo yelled storming out of the building. I decided not to follow him and instead stayed to speak with my principal.
“How could this have happened!” I asked hoping me might know the change in behavior.
“All we know is that this last mission hurt Suguru Geto, but nothing could have prepared us for this.” Yaga paused picking the bridge of his nose in frustration.
“Did he say anything to you that might give you some clue as to why he might of committed such a serious crime?” Yaga asked straightening his back
“W-we had a fight and he stormed out. But he never mentioned anything about wanting to murder his parents a-and innocent people. Gods, his parents were so sweet, how could he do that to them!” I replied as my grief began to hit me.
“I’ll need to talk to other students and staff about his behavior. I’m sorry L/n, but he’s been ordered to be executed once found.” Yaga announced.
“I understand.” Was all I could manage to say after a brief pause. What could I say knowing the love of my life has a death warrant.
“L/n, I would appreciate if you would help us find him. I know that this request seems unreasonable, but if any one should be able to find him, it’s you.” Yaga spoke softly
“W-what!” I whispered yelled appalled by what Yaga had just dared say to me.
“L/n, please calm down.” Yaga asked walking towards me attempting to touch my shoulder. “Back off!” I snapped stepping away from him. “How the hell could you suggest that!” I yelled as my body began shaking.
“I know this request is tough but you are a sorcerer and as as sorcerer it is your duty to uphold our laws!” He replied with tears streaming down his eyes. I could finally see that this was hurting him too. I paused looking at him. This strong man that never showed really any emotion was crying. My own eyes filled with tears as broken sobs left me.
The emotion was too much for me to handle and before I knew it I was running out of the building, just like Gojo had done a few moments ago. Yaga out for me, but I was too focused on leaving to acknowledge him. There was no where in particular I wanted to go, I just knew I needed to get away from the school. I ran and ran until my legs felt like jelly and my lungs burned.
Finally, I realized I was in the city with a few civilians looking at me strangely. I was too tired and thirsty to care about their looks and whispers. After catching my breath, I decided that I needed a drink. I patted my pockets and thankfully felt my wallet in them.
“Thank goodness.” I whispered as I walked to the nearest cafe which was just across the street from where I stood.
After walking in, I was greeted with the sweet smell of the fresh baked pastries. Normally I would love to have one of those. But this time all that was on my mind was a drink or anything that would quench my thirst. Just as I was about to order my f/d, I felt a small tap on my shoulder. Quickly, I turned around and to my shock there stood my boyfriend.
“Suguru!” I spoke wrapping him in a bone crushing hug. He hugged me back kissing my cheek as he did so. After a moment, he let go grabbing my shoulders as I held onto his arms.
“Good to see you y/n.” My boyfriend spoke as though no time had passed.
“Where have you been.” I questioned him feeling relieved that he was here.
“I’ll tell you in a moment, for now I’d appreciate if you’d follow me. There is someplace I’d like to take you.” Suguru spoke too calmly as though he had rehearsed this conversation.
“S-sure.” I replied feeling uneasy about the tone of his voice. I defied that my drink could wait, and finding answers was far more important in this moment.
“I’m glad, and you look lovely today.” He commented even though he didn’t seem genuine.
“Thank you.” I replied feeling uncomfortable
———
Suguru then grabbed my hand and the two of us walked out of the cafe together. The sun was about to set at this point and the sky was absolutely beautiful. For a moment I felt peaceful and relaxed even though I knew of his crimes. Part of me didn’t believe him and and I knew that where ever he wanted to take me that he would need to give me answers.
We walked throughout the city as he guided me in silence to a small park. It was the same park that he confessed he feeling to me a few years ago. Normally, I would fit this sweet but now now, not when that uneasy feeling was creeping in again. I looked to Suguru, who had such a serious expression on his face.
“What is it y/n.” He asked eyes focused ahead.
“Nothing, just what are we doing here?” I asked slightly cringing at how nervous I sounded.
“I thought you loved this place?” Suguru asked as he suddenly stopped and looked at me.
“I do, just” I paused trying to decide if now was the time to rip the bandaid off.
“Just what baby.” He questioned sounding eerily sweet.
“I know what you did Suguru. Please t-tell me if what I heard is wrong!” I pleated deciding that now was better than never.
“That’s why I I brought you here y/n.” He stated still sounding way too calm.
“Please, just tell me what I heard is false.” I said again as I could feel my heart beating against my rib cage.
“What you heard was true.” Suguru spoke as my entire world crashed down upon me.
“What.” I whispered as panic began to sink in. As if Suguru could sense it, he grabbed my shoulders as if he was steadying them.
“No, no! Y/n you need to understand me before you react!” He exclaimed as we made eye contact.
“Explain what?” I asked coldly
“Why I did what I did. You see I had a realization that we are going to die if we continue down this path.” He started looking at me with determination in his eyes. “If we keep fighting all our lives they will amount to nothing. What causes curses, love.” He added using my favorite pet name.
“Humans.” I replied as I was trying my best to contain my anger.
“Exactly, so if we just kill all of those useless monkeys, then we don’t need to fight anymore! Y/n, we can live peaceful lives without curses. We can get married and have children without the fear of them being killed by a curse!” He explained with an excitement that I had never seen before.
I pushed him away from me absolutely disgusted the would say such vile things to me. “What the hell is wrong with you! You’re talking about a fucking genocide!” I yelled finally releasing my anger
“Call it what you want, but this is the path I’m taking. The reason I’m telling you this myself if because I want you to join me.” Suguru spoke going back to his calm demeanor.
“W-why would I join you? You killed your parents Suguru!” I spat as I could feel frustrated tears pricking my eyes.
“My parents were filthy monkeys so killing then wasn’t a problem.” Suguru replied shrugging he shoulders like it was no big deal. “And Like I said, for our future together. You’ve talked about having children one day. I want that too, but I can’t do that if those monkeys are around making curses as though it’s as easy as breathing!” He said as I could tell he was filled with an unquenchable thirst for violence.
I stared at him filled with shock and rage, but also mourning for the man I once knew. Because my Suguru Geto would have never said such things or rather thought them. He would have never killed his parents or threatened genocide. Worst of all, he would never drag me into something he knew would hurt me in any way.
“Y/n, my love this is a good thing. I love you and this is the best way for us to be together.” Suguru said pulling me into a hug. My entire body was screaming for me to pull away but I knew my decision and this hug might be the last I would ever receive from him. I held him so tightly, not that he would notice. I felt him sigh as I held him as his head placed itself upon mine, but not before he kissed it gently.
“Good, I’m glad you’ve found your path to me.” He whispered comfortably
“I love you too.” I replied as I cried into his chest.
We stayed like that as the sun finally set. Our breaths were in sync and we held each other. My body was screaming at me to finally give him my real answer but being in his arms felt so right, so natural. But I knew that I couldn’t keep living a in a fairy tale any longer. Reluctantly, I pulled my head from his warm chest that I’ve grown so accustomed to and pulled away from his comfortable arms.
“Are you alright, my love?”Suguru asked with visible concern.
“I love you so much, but this is not the life that I want for myself.” I spoke solemnly as tears fell down my face.
“What! I don’t understand you seemed fine just a moment ago.” Suguru said taking a step away from me.
“I know, but I can’t allow myself to follow you no matter how much I love you and how much it hurts to walk away.” I admitted as my body trembled.
“You’re making the biggest mistake of your life. I’m offering to let you live in a peaceful world that I’m building to protect you and you’re turning me down!” He exclaimed looking at me with disgust.
“I don’t want that! I don’t want peace built on the blood of innocents!” I clapped back
“I don’t think they are innocent! Those filthy monkeys are the reason that curse killed your brother! You really want those creatures around!” Suguru lectured as my heart panther at the brutal reminder of my past.
“Don’t you dare bring him into this Suguru! Those humans don’t mean to make them! You and I both know that, how could you be so damn blind!” I exclaimed feeling hot with anger.
“Fine then! You want to be a disgrace that’s on you! I don’t need to be with someone so disgusting that she’d risk the lives of her own people over trash!” He spat looking at me with fury.
“Suguru, you don’t mean that!” I sobbed as I felt my heart break so hard I began to feel numb.
“You brought this on yourself Y/N, I truly hope one day you realize I’m right. But for now, looking at you makes my stomach turn.” He spoke coldly looking right through me as though I was the ugliest thing he’d ever seen.
“I could say the same to you, Geto.” I spat matching his look. For a second I thought I saw his face soften as I called him by his last name but it quickly went away.
“Goodbye L/n, I hope we meet on equal footing someday.” Geto said his voice going back to being eerily calm.
“Goodbye.” Was all I managed to say I I turned away from the man I loved so dearly. I heard no response from him as I walked away. The only sound I heard was him letting out a frustrated sigh as he too walked away.
———
The cold night sent chills down my spine as I struggled to keep myself warm as I began my slow journey back to the school. My body felt so numb, not just from the cold but from the disaster of a day I had. The love of my life confessed to being a cold blooded murder with no remorse for his victims. He’s now a genocidal maniac and there was nothing I could truly do about it. I couldn’t kill him, let alone call Gojo in fear Geto would kill me if I tried.
I felt so lost, so broken, and so done with everything. All I wanted to do was cry, scream, and wake up from this horrible nightmare. No matter how much I tried, noting could comfort me. I knew as I walked through those busy streets that my life changed forever and nothing could stop it. But what I did know, is that I needed to get stronger. Because one day I knew that I would see Geto again. Only this time I might have to kill him.

Geto leaned back on the sofa and let out a loud yawn, “Why are you here all the time? Don’t you have your own place?”
You grinned a little. It’s true, you did have you own place but you were always at your brother’s place, which just so happened to be Geto’s place.
“What? I’m just here to spend some quality time with my brother, what’s it to you?”
Okay, you were really only there for your long term crush, Geto but you couldn’t tell him that. Besides, with you constantly bickering like actual siblings, you were pretty sure that he only viewed you as his buddy’s little sister. Nothing more. At least he never really gave you any reason to think that he liked you more than that.
He rolled his eyes playfully, “You’re annoying as hell. You need to get a boyfriend asap so that you stop dropping by so often.”
“Satoru, Suguru is being mean again.” You clung onto Gojo, whining to him.
You weren’t a spoiled little sister, but it was funny to get Gojo to tell him off, even if he often just feigned anger at him. It was your little thing. You would rile Geto up, Geto would say something mean (playfully of course), and then you’d snitch to your brother. Then you’d all just sit there and laugh.
“Cut it out Suguru, don’t bully my precious lil’ sis.” He said flatly but grinned at Geto, shaking his head at both your antics.
Geto sighed, idly flicking through the TV channels. Why was there nothing interesting on? He couldn’t handle having to pretend like he didn’t have the hots for his buddy’s little sister – being around you was pure torture.
“Just don’t get in my way or annoy me when you’re here or you’ll regret it.”
“Oo you gonna spank me, Suguru?”
You burst out laughing, causing Gojo to fake vomit at the thought of his little sister and best friend getting it on
Geto’s eyes narrowed as he lunged for you, a look of feigned rage on his perfectly sculpted face. But all he does is grab you by the waist and lift you up, as if you were an annoying rag doll.
“You little shit! I’ll just throw you in the trash where you belong!”
You doubled in laughter in a mocking way, “Oh no, I’m so scared!”
Geto shook his as he kept you in in his grasp but couldn’t keep a straight face for much longer. Soon enough, he broke down laughing with you. Gojo grinned at the two and went back to scrolling on his phone. This was the norm after all, the touching didn’t bother him much since you play fought with Geto all the time, for years. For years. Sigh.
Your phone rang, disrupting your laughter, “Hey? Oh, Utahime….Yeah? A date? I don’t know, I’ll get back to you on that?” You glanced briefly at Geto who looked a little tense but seemed sucked into whatever was on the TV.
Tapping the ‘end call’ button, you leaned back on the sofa in silence.
Gojo perked up from your side curious as to who you were being set up with (because he’s your nosy, over protective brother) “Oh? Someone wants to date you? Who is it?”
You shrugged slightly, not wanting to make it into a big deal, “That was Utahime, saying something about how she wanted to set me up on a blind date.”
“And you said yes?” Geto asked flatly, still looking at the screen as if he wasn’t really interested.
“I mean, it’s been a while since I’ve gotten laid so maybe.”
Geto did a double take, his eyes narrowing slightly but only slightly – he was careful not to show the jealousy he felt of you potentially going out on a random blind date. He couldn’t.
“A while since you’ve what, now?”
You snickered, an amused smirk gracing your perfect plush lips, “Been to pound town. Got railed. Had sex.”
Gojo let out a fake shrill scream, looking horrified, “As your brother I don’t wanna hear about your sex life.”
You could have sworn Geto blushed a little but he quickly covered it up with a bored expression, “Is that all you think about?”
Grinning from ear to ear, you tucked your hair behind your ears, “C’mon you guys go on dates all the time to fuck, how is this different? Just learning from my role models.”
He looked a little surprised, staying quiet for a bit as if he was choosing the right words to say. Tell me not to go. Come on, anything. Tell me you need me.
“Just… make sure you’re safe.”
Your heart sank a little. Of course. What else did you expect. There’s no way he sees you as anything other than Satoru’s little sister. You felt a little sad but you forced a grin like you always did.
“Yes mum, I’ll use protection.”
Gojo gagged and got up, walking towards his room, “Alright, I can’t take this anymore. I’m gonna’ go take a nap.”
You and Geto both looked at each other for a silent moment and burst out laughing, it was so funny getting under Gojo’s skin. Whenever you wanted some alone time with Geto, you’d just be crass so that your brother gets disgusted and leaves you alone with him, unable to handle any words coming out of your mouth. You were ‘ruining sex’ for him (his words).
Geto shifted a little in his seat, now painfully aware of the fact that you and his were alone in the living room. “Why are you so… open about your sexual experiences?”
You shrugged, not seeing the issue. It’s not like you talking like this was a new development, you didn’t know why he was acting awkward about it but shook it off.
“Why not?”
“I thought women like to keep things like that a secret… especially from other men.”
You thought about it for a moment. True. Some did, some didn’t. Maybe it was weird to be sharing this with someone who you practically grew up with.
“You’re not just other men though.”
He looked a little surprised and then his gaze softened slightly, which caught you off guard – he had never looked at you like that in all the years you’ve known him.
You grinned a little, “Why are you looking at me like that?”
“Like what?” He asked, as if he hadn’t been looking at you like you were the most precious thing to ever walk into his life.
“Nothin’ must just be my imagination.” There was a brief, comfortable silence as you took in his features, “What about you?”
“What about me?”
“Ya know? Dating. You went on that date with that brunette haired chick the other day, right? How’d it go?”
He looked away for a second, but then looked back at you. You’d known about a few of the dates he’d been going on with various women. And it wasn’t even like he liked these women, part of him was hoping that if he dated enough of them, he’d eventually feel something for them.
“I mean, she was cute. The date was nice enough. She was just a little clingy when she wanted to see me again after we, you know.”
“Suguru, you’re such a dog, you sleep with them and then don’t call them huh?” You shook your head in disapproval, trying not to seem hurt by the fact that he was sleeping with all of these random women.
He chuckled a little, ”What’s with the judgement all of a sudden? We’re both adults here. I’m just enjoying myself.”
“Not judging. You’re just like Satoru, you guys are really two peas in a pod.” You chuckled too, to keep it lighthearted.
“You really think I’m like Satoru?” He sounded a little offended that you had just said that.
“Hmm, big bro is a proud player, I don’t think you try to be one but you do cycle through a lot of women.”
Geto huffs, turning away from you and crossing his arms in the process as if he was offended. The way he saw it, it was his business how many people he slept with. But you were right, it was true that he tended to cycle through women. Maybe you had a point…
“Whatever. I’m just living it up, like any guy should be.”
You grinned, a grin that made his heart wrench - he was so in love with you but because you were his best friend’s younger sister, you was off limits. “Sure, if that brings your joy.”
Geto looked back over at you. The way you spoke to him with that soft, teasing look on your face made his heart sink. He was beginning to wonder if maybe his dating was just to fill the void that was inside of him. Maybe he needed to find someone he could connect with on a deeper level. He wanted that person to be you, but he knew you couldn’t be. Satoru would kill him if he got within five feet of his little sister like that. He shivered at the thought.
“Like you’re any better…”
You chuckled and feigned hurt, “I don’t cycle through that many guys you know.”
“Are you sure about that? I’ve heard some pretty interesting rumors about you.”
You let out a hearty laugh as you leaned back on the couch, “Pray do tell, what are these rumours Sugu?”
His heart fluttered whenever you called him that, it’s wrong of him to want you so much but he couldn’t help it. How was he supposed to think of something witty to say when you were making him feel warm and fuzzy inside?
“Oh, you know. Some people have been talking about all of the hot dates you’ve been on. A bit of a flirt. That kind of thing.”
“Mhm…” You grinned cheekily at him, “And how is that any different from you?”
Geto grimaced, looking away. You weren’t wrong really. He was just as promiscuous as you. The only way he was different was that he had zero interest in actually having a deep connection with the women he dated. It was just about the sex, the physical aspect of relationships. A temporary distraction.
“Besides, at least I try to get to know the guy… it’s not my fault it doesn’t work out.” You sighed, staring off into space.
He looked over at you again, curiously scanning your face. His stomach dropped when he saw the look in your eyes, he almost felt guilty. He knew that you had a thing for him for years now but he pretended to be oblivious as to not mess with the dynamics of the friendship. Plus he couldn’t risk losing his best friend, Satoru was just too important to him. You deserved to find someone you could connect with in that way, but he never planned on being that person to you.
Feeling his gaze on you, you look back to him and smile slightly but the smile just doesn’t reach your eyes. He felt an urge to reach out and hold your face. He wanted to caress your cheeks, tell you that he loved you and that he wanted to be that person for you. To kiss you. To hold you. But he didn’t, of course.
Instead, he just smiled back at you, “Maybe you just need to date different kinds of guys then…”
“Hm. Maybe.”
But you knew that wasn’t going to work, since the once you desperately craved and wanted was him. You ached to be with him, be in his arms… no one could ever give you butterflies the same way he does.
Geto can sense it. How badly you wanted him. His breath hitched and the smile that once adorned his beautiful face faded. A flicker of pain crossed his face, as this feeling of not being able to be with you and the realisation that you would always be forever out of his reach hurt like hell.
You opened your mouth to say something but nothing came out. You sat there with your lips parted, staring into his eyes so lovingly, that they did all the talking. All the words you didn’t dare to utter out loud, your eyes said them for you.
His heart beat a few extra times as he stared into your eyes, looking just as deeply into them as you were. He didn’t need any words, he just knew what was running through your head and his heart wrenched for a second time that evening.
Gojo yawned from the door frame of the living room and trudged towards them, “Damn, that was a good nap. What’d I miss?”
Geto broke eye contact with you immediately, feeling as though he had been caught. His eyes darted towards Gojo and he just shrugged his shoulders.
“Nothing much, just the little one being a menace.”
You faked grin and stared at Gojo, it hurt you whenever he referred to you as ‘little one’ or ‘kid’, “Nothing. We were just talking about how Suguru cycles through women like you.”
Geto rolled his eyes at you, “Shut up.”
Gojo laughed as he plopped down next to Geto, “Hey, ain’t nothing wrong with that, aren’t I right Suguru?” He lazily flung his arm around his shoulder, flashing him a grin.
“Right.”
You shook your head, wrinkling your nose in fake disgust, “The least you can do is not be pigs about it – ghosting women you slept with, really? I swear you guys are the worst.”
“If we’re the worst, I gotta know who the best is.” Geto retorted, eyeing you up a little.
“Me, obviously.” You grinned, your eyes gleaming from the banter.
This time, you really did make him really laugh. Your cockiness wasn’t that bad, actually. He found that it was sometimes even endearing.
“You? The best? What’s so great about you?”
“What’s not great about me?” You puffed out your chest proudly, causing Geto flick your forehead with his fingers. “Hey!”
“Well… your personality kind of sucks.”
He smirked a little, the one you loved so much that it haunted your dreams. Oh, if things could just stay light and playful so that you can stay the hell away from those deep emotions that were threatening to bubble up out of you, that'd be great.
You stuck out your tongue playfully, “Hater.”
Gojo piped up from Geto side after typing on his phone, “Suguru, you ready to hit Sukuna’s for predrinks? Nanami is coming too.”
Geto groaned and sighed a little. Maybe one of these days, he would get to stay in this room and spend the evening with you, alone. But today was not that day. He sighed again and nodded his head.
“Yeah, fine… guess I’m ready. Just need to throw on a shirt.”
He would have rather stayed here with just you and Gojo, but he couldn’t deny that the pre drinks before club hopping would be fun too, especially since he needed to get you out of his head. Or fuck you out of his system. Not with you, of course. As fucked up as it sounded, he’d often approach women who reminded him of you height, frame, and hair colour wise in the club and would pretend that it was you when he was taking them from behind.
You took this opportunity to try your luck in going with them, “Hey! I wanna come!”
Gojo immediately shook his head sternly, “No way. I’m not taking my little sister to a place full of horny guys for pre drinks, let alone the club.”
Geto groaned quietly and rolled his eyes, feeling sympathy for you. It sucked that Gojo was so protective over you to the point where you never got to experience the things they did together. He had been to dozens of clubs filled with drunken, rowdy people and it couldn’t have been that bad, right?
“Come on… she’s an adult! What’s the harm? We’ll just keep an eye on her.”
“Satoru! I’m literally 25, why can’t you just let me tag along…” You jutted your bottom lip out and gave him puppy dog eyes, “Please?”
Geto couldn’t suppress a soft smile and felt himself melt just a little, seeing you like this.
Gojo thought about it for a bit and sighed, “You’re not coming to the pre drinks at Sukuna’s, just come directly to the club and bring Utahime or one of the other girls along. No buts. Take it or leave it.”
As much as you wanted to go out with them all night, this would have to be sufficient for now.
You nodded enthusiastically before scrunching your nose at the reflection in the blank TV screen. “Deal! I still need to get ready anyway so this works out well, I’ll text the girls!”
Gojo nodded and flung his arm around Geto, “Alright, we’re heading out to Sukuna’s now. Text me or Suguru when you guys get to the club ‘kay?”

" I HEAR MY HEART BREAKING TONIGHT, DO YOU HEAR IT TOO? "
໒ content ; angst kinda, not proofread, regret, sex (graphic-ish but skipped over for the most part), loss of virginity (m & f), best friends to lovers to...
໒ part one / ?
you and geto have been bestfriends since fourth grade, though you met in third and were too shy to say hello. both of you were shy kids, though you were a bit more energetic and giddy when you got comfortable with someone. geto was just calm, aloof.
and soon, you and him were going to be going to the same college, hopefully. geto and you both applied for yale, to which he got accepted and you're still waiting on an acceptance letter. but, you didn't fret at the wait.
you couldn't wait to be in the same college as geto, to see him striving with friends and getting his degree like he wanted. you loved seeing him so immersed in things he loved. but you wanted to be one of those things for so long. you wanted him to devour you, to make you his after all this time.
but you realized today that he couldn't do that because honestly? he didn't know how.
. . .
geto came over around five, saying his polite greeting to your mother and kissing her hand, charming her. with a giggle she sent you both to your room to do something while she cooked dinner for the two of you.
the open-door rule was basically nonexistent when it came to geto. he was never one of the boys your mother worried about you becoming a pregnant teen from. though, she always suggested you be with him since he was 'such a charming gentleman'...
as soon as you guys got in the room, he suggested you guys watch something, being that he had something to do on his phone for a minute and didn't want you to be bored.
while sitting there after picking a movie, an old italian film, something you guys watched repeatedly, you quickly got bored and looked over at what geto was doing. he was just still on his phone, per usual. "can i ask you something? but without you thinking i'm weird."
he looked up from his phone and raised a brow. "uh, sure? it's not those stupid 'would we be friends if i was a can of tuna' things, right?" he asked with a chuckle. you giggled and shook your head, looking down at the bed where your hands lay, fidgeting with each other.
"no. it's something different actually."
"well get on with it."
"you're still a virgin, right?"
"...yeah?"
"do you think us going to college as virgins who have never actually kissed anyone is... weird?"
he hesitated for a second, pursing his lips and sighing. "look, there's a lot of people who have their first time as adults, you don't gotta worry," he said. you took a deep breath and rubbed the back of your neck. "yeah but i won't even be ready by the time i get to kiss someone... i'll be an inexperienced loser, suguru!" he looked sad, for you and for him. but then he looked... nervous, unsure.
"...we could... experiment...?"
this shut you up because within the next two minutes, you were hungrily kissing all up on his lips, hands running through his hair as you straddled his lap.
you’d like to believe it wouldn't be very good but really? he was so fucking good.
his tongue collided with yours, teeth gently nibbling on your bottom lip. his hands explored your body as you let out involuntary moans into his mouth, touching spots that made you weak.
his cock was painfully hard, straining against his pants beneath you. he shifted beneath you, his hands now unsure what to do with themselves. so, he just fondled your ass.
"you're so beautiful," he murmured against your lips. you blushed and hid it by nuzzling your face in his neck and placing, hot open-mouthed kisses on it. his hips ground against yours as you sucked on his neck.
you were both so needy for each other. your fingers tangled in his hair, pulling his head back slightly to get more room on his neck. the sweet yet salty, saline skin of his turned purple as you sucked on it.
he couldn't help the desperate attempts to keep quiet failing miserably, he needed you.
. . .
you both lie there, panting heavily. you both completely forgot about your mother making dinner. the sex was ammature, but good, and you couldn't feel happier about losing something so sacred to someone so special to you.
you look over to see geto, lips pressed together, looking guilty and regretful. your eyebrows pinch together in utter confusion. what had you done wrong? "geto, what is it? did i do something to you?" he swallowed heavily, looking away. "no, i should probably go though." what? why would he want to leave?
"no, please just talk to me. what have i done?" you plead. he stands from the bed and begins redressing. you sit up and hold the sheets to your chest, trying to ignore whatever wave of tears is begging to wash over you at the moment.
"geto, please. i'm sorry- i don't understa-"
"just leave it, okay? we shouldn't have done this. it was a mistake, we should've waited till college."
what was he talking about? he seemed to enjoy it when you guys were doing it, what changed?
"i-"
the bedroom door slams shut behind him as he walks out.
you scramble to find your phone, lost somewhere in the sheets. as soon as you do, you find geto's contact and call him, listening to the continuous ringing of the line, each time it going to voicemail.
y/n: geto, please, i'm so sorry (6:03 P.M.)
(MISSED CALL FROM y/n.)
y/n: answer me please im begging (6:04 P.M.)
(MISSED CALL FROM y/n.)
(MISSED CALL FROM y/n.)
(MISSED CALL FROM y/n.)
y/n: i dont understand what i did please don't leave me ⚠
system: this contact is unavailable.
dread fills your body from head-to-toe. why is he doing this?
. . .
it's been a month since the last time you saw geto. since school was already out, there was no chance of getting to talk to him there. you haven't been worrying—at least you weren't at first—because geto always disappeared for days at a time when things got tough. no one would know where he'd go because—in his own words—"it's a different spot each time".
but eventually you began worrying. geto would never leave you for so long with no explanation, right? wrong.
. . .
it had been raining all night, making it pretty relaxing. you had been in your room, on your bed, reading with the soft light of the lamp illuminating the room. you hear a sudden knock on the window, startling you. confused and slightly intrigued, you get up off your bed and investigate.
you're greeted with the familiar yet almost unrecognizable face that abandoned you around a month ago—geto suguru himself. "geto?!" you exclaim, hurrying to open the window.
Frat satosugu would be so vile..OMFG, like so obnoxious..I feel like Satoru would be open about it and Suguru is just in the background watching him do all the shit with a smirk on his face and he'll just mock the person by being "polite" and "gentle"💀
So true they're yin and yang for a reason
Satoru has such a cool demeanor on the outside and does his best to live up to his name but behind closed doors he's a nervous wreck TT he's trying his best guyssss :(((
SUGURU on the other hand is probably on the quiet, sit back and observe types but IS A FREAK IN THE SHEETS!! BELONGS TO THE STREETS!
I wont deny that they've probably jerked off together ,,,, WHO SAID THAT WHAT
