Hello September!
Happy tuesday all! I know I said I would keep updating on my training. I kind of ran out of funding for this blog but now we are back up. So far I have ran collectively almost 200 miles. Hiii everyone
I’ll admit, I’ve been avoiding this blog. Why? Because I’ve been avoiding my fitness journey.
Honestly, I constantly do this. I get super passionate about working out and being healthy then I throw it all away and stop working out and stop giving a shit.
It’s a vicious cycle but at least I’m finally realizing it and trying to quit.
With all that being said, I’ve still been keeping track on my eating habits. Those are still pretty good. I incorporate a lot of veggies/fruits and protein. Try not to eat so many bad foods but it happens every now and again.
I’ve been biking to work. It’s a mile there so that’s 2 miles a day. I’m still kinda working on going back to the gym. I’ve been working A LOT and it’s leaving me sooooo exhausted. My schedule is going back to normal so i should be able to get back on track with my journey.
