Extremely low effort dairy-free foods?
So long story short, I have a lot of food related issues (meds that kill my appetite, anxiety-triggered nausea, an eating disorder, and some cooking related ptsd stuff I can only overcome on high spoons days) and I have been basically staying alive by gallons of milk, whey protein shakes, and yogurt drinks (my therapist recommended as much liquid calories as possible at this stage to just get my calorie count up) because I can typically keep them down and I don’t have to cook them.
Well.
I’ve had a rash I’ve been ignoring because I’m like “oh lol why am I getting acne again?” And I figured it was just stress.
But today I found out. I am allergic.
To freaking. Milk.
I feel like all my disorders are conspiring against me in this one because my autistic self is going “if it doesn’t have the exact same texture and flavor of real milk I’m gonna puke it up”
I hate to be whiny about this but does anyone have a u suggestins for low spoons foods without dairy? I literally don’t know what to eat.
