johnny is a new preacher, just out of school. he is sent to a small, strange town in the middle of nowhere in the south. the town is strange: the people seem to know something he doesn’t,they rarely come out in the daylight, and there is a girl who seems to always be laughing at him. he is drawn to the girl- even more when he sees her mouth smeared with blood.
