Between the location and the amount of scar tissue, it’s not hard to figure out that this wound was meant to be lethal. And Khoa knows of only one weapon that can leave such distinct markings. This kid had his throat slit by a batarang. Khoa wants to know who got Batman to finally try and break his number one rule.
