I have to admit I never really watched One Piece, but Perona's character design is fun, I really enjoyed drawing her. (Anime nerds, where are you? I'm ready for more! :D)

I kinda have a feeling Shanks was attending their wedding ceremony. There has to be a reason why Kuma send her to Kuraigana other than her just 'wishing' to be at an abandoned castle. Besides, the wedding is taking place at a church ruin? There is a christian cross on the cover, same as Mihawk is wearing as a necklace. I have to admit he's a bit too old for her but then again they're both adults and she stayed at his castle for two years and keeps on staying by free will and the socially resigned Hawkeyes seems to accept her. I don't think romanticism goes well with the plot concerning the main protagonists but I'd really like to see some couples turning out of known characters. Just as BuggyxAlvida, SmokerxHina or ShanksxMakino (which is pretty obv after the baby tbh)
