My OCs Jacqueline and Finvarra. Been working on getting better at art and script writing these last few years so I can finally create a folklore and fairy-tale inspired Webcomic with these two.
Jacqueline is the granddaughter of Jack The Giant Slayer and is searching for the giant who attacked the royal family and kidnapped her mother as a child.
He may very well hold the key to tracking down her mother, but requesting help from the fae always comes with a price.
Finvarra is based on the amorous Irish fairy King of Connacht of the same name and has strong associations with horses, ensuring good harvests as well as death. He has a penchant for "borrowing" mortals who catch his fancy and whisking them away to the Otherworld for a time. He's also the youngest brother of Angus Og and son of The Dagda. And incredibly frustrating to find information on XD
Anyway, I'm going to be sharing a bunch of sketches, ref sheets, redoing old pieces and little one off comics as I continue to rework and flesh out the script in the new year.
I plan on coloring this too :3
Also, if anyone knows how to put longer posts under a cut, please let me know. I want to info dump about my OCs and giants in folklore so bad but scared of annoying people ;w;
12000Y Old Giant Mummies Found In Stasis Chambers Iran
Corey Goode was apparently a part of secret conspiracy programs and operations involved with the government for 20 years. They was involved
Ancient Sumerian, ancient origins and Giant King's alive in stasis chambers. Here's 2 unbelievable videos with what can only be described as evidence of ancient advanced technology and Giant's found underground.
Elizabeth's mother was becoming insufferable. She was pressuring her more than ever in her fighting and ruling lessons. She seemed nervous. With every battle, less warriors came back, and the number of the demon ranks was increasing alarmingly. Eli understood her urgency, but she still couldn't force herself to fight. She had passed every test, practical and theoretical, but when she had to face a real living opponent, she froze. No matter that the enemy was absolutely prepared for her attack, she just couldn't help the fear that gave her hurting them, or even killing them. Sometimes it was hard to measure her strength and avoid using too much. she was starting to get frustrated by this. She was tired of being in the back of every fight, watching her comrades being killed without doing anything aside from healing those that she could. She wanted to be the one protecting them. She decided to consult someone that may just be able to help her overcome her problem.
-You want me to help you train?- Meliodas said confused.
-Yes. I want to be able to protect my people from the front lines, and stop being that scared lady that never does anything- She said determinate. She told him with the eyes that she wouldn't take a "no" for an answer. He seemed to already know it.
Mel took her to a better place for training. Somewhere where it wouldn't affect anyone if they let loose large amounts of magic. Close to the sharp edge of a plateau, where there was only grass, and barely something someone could want. Mel told her that if she wanted to free her true potential, she had to discover which tactic was more kin to her. She was taught every traditional style of her people since she was a kid. She was specially comfortable with the spear technique, and she also had powerful energy blasts. Mel told her he had an idea, but that they'd work on that later.
She started showing him her moves with the spear. She tried several, for different situations: Fighting one to one, by an ally's side, against a crowd and against a sword-fighter. The strikes felt natural, balancing her body weight with that of her wings, using gravity and her body's motor drive instead of her arm's strength to make her cuts and hits more powerful. Soon there was a cloud of mist around her, of all the times she'd hit and broken the ground. When she was done, she was tired and cold sweat run down the sides of her face, neck and back, but she felt good. She was happy to finally be able to show Meliodas what she could do apart from healing. She looked his way, and found him with a face of both amazement and pride. Eyes as big as salad plates.
-That was incredible!!- He said enthusiastic though not at all surprised. Of course he had never underestimated her, and she was glad of that.
After resting a little, he told her to concentrate all the magic she could in one spot in her hand.
-But if I do that, all the natural life around me will burn- She said
-That’s why we’re here- He gestured at his surroundings, pointing out that there was pretty much nothing around them -Plus, I'm right here if anything happens- He said that with that reassuring smile that cleared Eli's most blurry days. With him around, she had the courage to do anything.
As so, she did as she was told. She called upon all the energy she could, and a little too fast. Before she knew, a blast exploded in her face. It didn't hurt her, but it blew all concentration she had. Her magic would have dispersed to the environment, but Mel had it covered. He made a bubble with his darkness and slowly reunited all the light in one place around Eli. With the magic buzzing in her ears, she couldn't hear much, but she saw him modulating to try again. She concentrated, and forced the energy around her to obey her will. She had her eyes closed now, nothing would distract her. The energy concentrated on her hands, very hot, but unable to hurt her.
At some point, Mel's voice sounded in her head, telling her to think of a practical use she could give to her new tool. She figured if anything could get past this thing's heat, the solid center was too dense to be perforated. She thought, of strength and protection. The glowing ball extended slowly as she freed it to take the shape she wanted. She felt her magic shield, light as wind, and stronger than iron. The spell dissolved in the moment she heard Mel talk.
-Now that is impressive- He said -When you get ahold of the technique, it will be your most reliable weapon- As Eli's adrenaline lowered, the tension she was keeping in her muscles affected her. They sat on the ground once again, as she couch her breath.
-That's what you do right? Demons materialize what they need out of their darkness- He nodded, letting her support her weight on him.
-It's normal that you're tired the first time. Your energy is very intense. If you can control it, it will be your greatest advantage- They relaxed looking at the line where the blue of the sky and the green ad brown of the earth touched each other. The sun was nice, just starting to lower in the sky.
-Will you help me fight now?- Mel looked at her from the height of her shoulder, then he got up lazily.
They stood in front of each other. Eli with her training spear, Mel without weapon. In the moment to attack, Eli couldn't move. She knew she wasn't likely to hurt the one before her, but still her limbs were frozen.
Figuring she wasn't going to, Mel charged. He wasn't going with full strength, clearly having trouble doing so, but it was enough to make her react. Eli dogged, and swung her spear, but touched nothing. Mel appeared a few meters away, having avoided the hit easily. He was giggling.
Eli speeded up. Instead of using her arms to get momentum, she took advantage of the other one's movements, balancing her weight with her wings. The conventional moves were forgotten. Soon, Eli was more comfortable than ever fighting, and Mel had to make use of his whole capacity to keep up. His presence was giving her confidence, as it always did.
Their coming back and forth became a chase game. Both of the were laughing now. Then their movements got synchronized. The game became a dance, and the rest of the world disappeared. Mel jumped to the air, getting out of spear range, and she followed. He added something to the dance, a pair of twin black swords, about the length of his arms each. Without thinking of it, they were both going with all they had, tired of containing themselves treating with anyone else. Their speed and skill were equaled, and their resistance was just right. This was not a fight any more, and they both got lost in the beat, letting their bodies go with the flow, not thinking any more.
With every exchange of blades, their magic got stronger. Eli's wings were as white as Mel's were black. Flames went down their weapons, black-purple and gold. With every swing, turning in the air, getting far and close, their magic became a tornado around them. As it mixed into a homogeneous energy, everything around them started irradiating new life, in shapes and colors that didn't exist in either of their worlds. The air wasn't cold nor hot, and it gave such a feeling of balance that Eli thought she was in paradise, enjoying it with Meliodas.
Suddenly, the dance finished. They didn't know why, but it just seemed right. They were now surrounded by thick vegetation, and the environment seemed to be relaxing. The remaining energy from the swirl compacted into a small object that fell to the ground beneath them, but they paid it no attention. They looked into each other's eyes, until someone below called for them.
-I thought you'd never stop!- Said Gloxinia approaching -I didn't know you could fight like that Elizabeth!-
-I'd never seen a dance lake that- Droll said thoughtful. -I guess there is nothing like a pair of love birds having fun- He said. Both Mel and Ellie blushed, the first letting go of her had, not having realized he was holding it.
-Wh-What are you doing here?- Said Mel, anxious to change the subject. The other 2 laughed, they loved to tease him.
-We were looking for Ellie. We were assigned a mission- Answered Glox. Mel and Ellie looked at each other one last time, as if saying "We'll continue this later", before Mel left back to his kingdom. The kings looked at the goddess, curious of their close relationship, which was so obvious to them. Then Glox fixed his eyes on a spot on the ground.
-You guys go ahead. I'll catch up with you- He said, and descended as Ellie took off.
-What were you two doing?- Asked the giant when they were halfway to their destination.
-Mel was helping me train. I need to be able to protect my loved ones in this war- Droll and Glox looked at each other confused.
-You actually want that? I thought you hated to fight- Said the fairy -Your magic is much too strong. If you loose control, you could hurt even your allies- Ellie looked down.
-It's true I don't like it, but I'll do it anyway for the sake of my friends and my people- She sounded determinate. No wonder Mel couldn't refuse.
-Unless what happened today is repeated. I never saw darkness and light get mixed that way- Said Droll. He was right. That moment had been magical. The two kinds of energy were like oil and water. They rejected each other. But her magic had welcomed Mel's. It felt great, but she didn't understand how.
Gloxinia didn't stay to celebrate that afternoon's victory. Somehow his friends had created a seed with their magic. They didn't pay it any attention, but he felt it's power. Even now, it felt heavy in his pocket. It was radiating energy, like trying to tell him something, which resonated with his magic spear and the entire forest. He had to know why.
He entered the heart of the forest, in the part of the Sacred Tree that only the Fairy King was allowed in. In there, he could hear the voice of the ancient entity, through the connection that made him the chosen one to be king. In here, the power of the seed seemed to grow stronger. He took it out, to inspect it more closely.
It looked like a normal seed. About the size of a nut, with a rough and hard exterior. Except that it's dark coloring somehow glowed with a faint of silver light, that radiated in waves like a code, only that it was as if trying to understand a new born. The message was not complete.
-What you have there is very important, Gloxinia- Said the voice of the Tree right into his mind, old and rusty, but full of power and wisdom of many centuries. Gloxinia stood on his knees, closed his eyes, and spoke the words through the link.
-Sacred Tree, giver of life, please share with me your wisdom- He didn't need to ask his questions. The Tree felt his concerns and answered.
-To understand, you must first see how all this started. How I was born- Gloxinia felt as his consciousness was mixed with the one of the tree, his senses melting into it’s. His mind filled with the memories of a newborn, that was starting to discover the world around it.
He found himself in the middle of a wasteland. It looked like a desert, only that it wasn't exactly sunny. Black clouds covered the sky, and the land was full of mist. There was no life on sight. Probably the conditions were too extreme. Darkness and light flew in currents of wind, making small explosions with every impact, then they separated with such speed they created a suction force that got the boulders up in the air. Then they fell, making a dangerous rock rain. It was boiling hot and freezing cold by the second, and the wind made it impossible to stand in one place, unless you were bound to the ground.
He wasn't really there. He was a projection in the memories of the only living thing on sight. A tiny sapling, struggling to live in this hostile habitat. It's young roots hugged the earth trying to hold it's grip, but it wouldn't die. The ground was helping it with all the nutrients and water it needed. It's magic flew into the plant, being processed by it, until it was natural energy (the same that the fairies relied on, he noticed). Glox heard the tree's voice speaking into his mind from the reality.
-This is the old world- It said. It made Glox focus on the wind, where he thought he saw faint black and white creatures fighting, made of the magic in the air. Then, they dissolved, as the energy was spent.
-The first creatures of the world were clotting of light and darkness. Mindless, they only followed the order of repulsion. The opposite energy would fight until they disappeared. With time, they evolved in the first demons and goddesses, settling down in opposite places, keeping each other as far as possible- It said.
Glox's view changed again, going even further in time. He saw an other pattern. The energy in the air got far and close, turning and spinning, but it wasn't fighting. This energy was perfectly equaled, and gave the feeling of complement, as it was enjoying a good time, as if it was dancing. The air here was tempered, and the wind was just a breeze. The energy mixed itself in a tornado with some of the earth and water that flew in it. Slowly, it became a homogeneous, and the energy changed. It became green, with a thin trail of silver light. It solidified in a seed, full of power and potential of something great. He reached out for it, and found himself back at his time, grabbing the seed he had brought in.
-It's just like that time. Mel and Eli's energy got balanced, and the result is a seed of the Sacred Tree- He said. The tree gave him a feeling that told him he was right.
-This is how I was born, from the union of light and darkness. From balance comes life. The magic of the earth gave me strength. But after all, I was alone. I created life around me, giving birth to other plants attached to my branches, that grew with the energy I gave them. Slowly, the air around me got quieter, as I kept taking light and darkness from it. My friends developed, being able to free parts of themselves and grow their decedents somewhere else. When I tried it, the first fairies were born. They had a connection with me, and I gave them vitality, but they were not rooted to the ground. They were free. My magic made them immune to illness, and their bodies didn't decade with time. I knew then that my race would live, even in this world. They befriended the giants, creatures born from the magic infused in the stones. With time, animals started living in the environment I had created, they ate my plants and helped them distribute their seeds, and gained some of the magic within them, just enough to carry on life. Humans were born from them- Said the tree. Glox was speechless.
He had never thought too much of how the races had started. He thought of the swirl of energy from so long ago, and the one his friends created. He knew he was the incarnation of the energy of the forest, which gave him a special connection with the tree. Could his friends be the embodiment of the primary forces of nature? No doubt they complemented each other, and were the most powerful of their races after their leaders.
He looked at the seed in his hand, so small and with a future so big. He knew he couldn't leave this just anywhere. This little seed had the potential to create the fairy race, or save it. He decided to leave it with the only fairy he trusted hat much: His sister, Gerheade.
Okey! I'm hurrying up! I bet half my readers left the story after all this time without a new chapter. I have little time to write in the week! I bet you can relate with how much time school consumes. Anyway! I've got till chapter 10 in spanish, so the next one in english is coming up as soon as I can. Please stand by!
Hi, I have been thinking of The Owl House and G/T since it makes sense to see Luz and her friends from the Bowling Isles to have some crazy size adventures and shenanigans Including Luz Noceda, King, and Eda changing various sizes from Big to Small including Luz as a Tiny, King is a Giant, and maybe Eda can be a Giant Bird Monster thing too, Giantess, Amazon sized or something.
I do love it, but I also am thinking that Luz Noceda can be a Giantess Witch girl in Training as well as her learning to control her size and shapeshifting magic as well as using her spellbook or something that makes her change her sizes. That would be adorable ideas for the series G/T Drawings, Fanfics, and AU’s as well. I do like this show a lot and can’t wait for more episodes.
I do am trying to find a way where they are non-canon so they don’t ruin the fun of this idea. It has endless potential. I hope some artists of the SFW G/T Community can help us out as well. Plus, Luz as a Giantess or Tiny sized would be super cute and adorable as well.
Maybe Willow can be big and small while enjoying the fun of it too for a short while. She can be a cute Giantess and or Tiny plant witch too.
P.S. The writing in this is not spelled right. Thanks for understanding. It’s long to type this one. ^^
