"Gilliver's Travels" (1939)
This movie is by Fleischer Studios, the company that dominated silent cartoon shorts in the U.S. before Disney's breakout. Fleischer is the company that created most of the pre-Disney characters that come to mind when you think of silent cartoons: Felix the Cat, Betty Boop and Popeye. When Disney knocked them out of the water in 1937 with "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." The "Snow White" influence is evident all over this movie. They're really not even subtle about it.
And it's the source of this "Cartoon Prince and Princess Embrace" gif you may have seen around the Internet (with no context).

If you want something with originality and good pacing, you won't like this one. But if you're a fan of Disney's "Snow White" and are starving for more Dwarf slapstick, operatic fairytale romance against beautifully painted backdrops, and vintage Disney-type animation, "Gulliver's Travels" should be right up your alley.

Sometimes things run through my head, like giant rodent-people. I decided since I needed to have the bridge crew properly thought up (I still need a logistics supervisor, a chief of finances, a head navigator and the terrarium groundskeeper), why don't I get the giant radanite out of my head and make her the communications director? Thus we've got Susan (last-name pending) with giantism. Her job as communications director means she makes and directs calls on behalf of the crew, citizens and passengers unless asked otherwise. For the most part it's a nice desk job, and because of her giantism she's seldom asked to go to the bridge for her duties. She's soft-spoken, but takes good care of her coat and shares a shift with Judy, so with Judy being a fan of luxuries like high-quality animal pelts, of course she'd become fast friends with Susan. Let me know what you think of her!

When people think of giants in something like the giants in the Christian Bible, they think of something like a 20 foot tall humans, but it's actually talking about humans that are 7-8 feet tall. Something known as giantism, hormonal disorders that cause people to grow a few feet taller than average sized humans.
