Hi there my lovelies I hope everyone is well and healthy ❤️ I've been having a rough few days of RH symptoms my blood levels have been anything from over 9mmols down to 3.2 mmols and below. Normal ranges should be from 4 to 7mmols. What hasn't helped through no one's fault I'd run out of test strips over the weekend when the surgery is closed. So I couldn't treat myself successfully as anyone with diabetes knows you have to be careful and avoid any spikes. Fortunately, I was able to get some strips via @Amazon Prime they were literally a lifesaver. As all the time I have these symptoms in placing my life in danger of serious complications. But I've got double the amount of test strips coming from the surgery now as I've just been diagnosed I've just got to figure how many I need as it varies. As I am woken in the night by symptoms and often unable to go back to sleep. But I'm learning all the time I'm doing a journal and eliminating one food at a time to find what I'm reacting to. Luckily when it spikes cannabis helps bring the levels down into normal range where I don't have any symptoms. Plums and nectarines are low on the glycemic index so ideal to stop the glucose spiking high. #gifood #glycemicindex #glycemicload #cannabisismymedicine #cannabislife #cannabiseducation #cannabisonthenhs#reactivehypoglycemia #nondiabetichypoglycemia #postprandialhypoglycemia https://www.instagram.com/p/CUZ-kHaMpZP/?utm_medium=tumblr
