Like many creatives, I can sometimes find myself in a rut. I have let myself be down for far longer than I should have, but I appreciate the lessons that I have learned. I had to do some soul searching, and I noticed an uncomfortable truth: that I was way too afraid to search within myself than I had initially thought.
Sometimes you have to fall 99 times to get up 100.
Thank you to the people that have allowed me to fall, but have also been there when I needed to be picked up.
Life should never be quantified by your age.
When you are truly ready to begin your journey, do with gusto. Do not be afraid to use all of your skills. Do not be deterred by the fear of failure. Lastly, please never, ever, EVER let anyone dim your light.
You deserve to shine.
From this day forward I choose to be fearless. After today,
I vow to move differently.
(I am posting this because, A year from now I want to look back and remember this moment.)
