Literal interpretations of a design concept like this are usually kind of bad, which in this case makes it funny.  This Delibird is just...literally Santa Claus.  None of the individual anatomical things going on here are actually all that bad, but they’re so literal that it’s disappointing...  But then the sheer boldness of it is appealing?  I wonder if Delibird started out as a joke.
