Weird idea: mutant Mothra
Mothra’s egg getting possessed by Yog/Space Amoeba.
Mothra being unwilling to fight her own child but trying her best against the younger being with unfamiliar powers.
And eventuall imagine the mutated Mothra freed of control but future is uncertain. How well can she take on the task of protector? Is she well suited to carry on her mother’s role?
