I’ve done some local WDAA shows and I really enjoy it. western dressage is pretty awesome and isn’t given enough credit.
It looks like something I'd enjoy. Gaited dressage is a thing but they usually separate by breed and for some stupid reason, RMH people don't allow RMH to be shown at a canter. Don't know why, I guess that "messing up the gait" nonsense. Anyway. I was happy to find out what WDAA allows gaited horses. Was it like a super competitive atmosphere or more relaxed when you did it?
