On this episode of Micha’s being hella #Swedish and #extraAF again we have Anna’s #gingerthins and #Lofbergs #coffee #breakfastofchampions I’ve been looking for these #ginger #cookies for about a year now especially because Trader Joe’s discontinued my favorite Cat Cookies For People a few years ago, but haven’t found them at the stores until yesterday. How appropriate since it was @niklasedin ‘s birthday and he’s been known to post this type of #foodporn Speaking of Nik, have you wished the 🐐 a happy birthday yet? I’ve been udderly ridiculous w/ all my attempts at goat and farm references this #weekend both in public and in private. 👨🦳 is still a kid and I believe there’s plenty of action left from the skip. The store also had a box of #Niklnip Where were these in January when I had to order them online and pay shipping?!? #fangirlproblems . . . This is totally a staged photo because we all know I’m a #fatty who’s not gonna take the time to portion control 6 #gingercookies and put them on a plate. It’s called eating straight out of the packaging DUH #thisiswhyimfat #ilovecarbs The front of the label is totally accurate when it said #delicate because they are. I could stand a stronger ginger flavor myself but these were #delicious I haven’t tried dunking them in Lofbergs coffee and waiting for them to soften.
