No, it's not ok to insult someone....

And this is a typical case of prejudice. Just bc you know his das has more money than yours, you bring up the "rich kid" argument when it's convenient, even when he is doing nothing different than other young people. I'm seeing this kind of stuff all the time. Yeah, let's degrade someone as a human just because his family earned more money than your 🙃

ضَرَبَ مَثَلًا

Ḍaraba maṯalan

Literal translation : to [hit]* an example

Meaning : to give an example 

When we’re talking about setting an example, the verb that goes with the word “مَثل” (example ) is ضرب; and not the word “يعطي”  (the translation of “give”). 

Example : سأضرب لك مثَلًا كي أُقَرِّبَ الفَكرة  | Sa ʾaḍribu laka maṯalan kai uqarriba alfikra | I’ll give you an example to help you understand this idea.
