Good morning #Gladiatorshere's today's 5am #CampGladiator recap with @teamreneeallday. It's my FAVORITE week of the program. STRENF and Agility week!! Heavier weights with lower reps. Actually kinda proud of myself as 25s are getting to be easy 💪. Had to give birthday praise for my fellow March babies Rachel, Katie and Alana. Renee actually had them wear the birthday hats during the workout lol. So today was partnered workouts. 1️⃣ at the mat and 1️⃣ in running the obstacle course workout in the garage. So Round 1️⃣ and 2️⃣at the mat : 8️⃣ one leg squats 8️⃣ slow pushups aka quicksand pushups 8️⃣ bridged chest press 8️⃣bicep/hammer curls 8️⃣leg curls 8️⃣tricep kickbacks Partner is doing hot 🔥feet on the line, then side shuffle from cone to cone, hot 🔥 feet in the line and repeat until you reach the end of the garage. Then switch with your partner until time. Round 2️⃣ add a jump squat at each cone. Last round best round same at the mat as round 2️⃣ just adding resistance band back pulls or as I like to call them "Gimme That"... I'm a middle child... 😒 #DontJudgeMe In the obstacle course as I like to call it, you have squat jumps and star 🌟 jumps at every cone........ 😒 whoever said pain is beauty never took a whiff after a workout like that. That face when you swipe all the way to end ain't beautiful. I smelled like possum and a wombat from the streets of Madagascar. But I feel amazing! Well juice box time!
