hey quick question- at what point can something be considered historical? is 1960's far back enough?

Hmm, I don't see why not. I would imagine Historical is anything that doesn't involve the modern era, if that makes any sense at all. So maybe up to the 1990s, I wanna say. I always picture historical as anything until 1900s, but WWII is historical in itself so...I don't see why we shouldn't extend it to the 1990s.

So anything before 1990s would be okay. ☺
