it varies. I try to go to bed by 11pm, but sometimes its not until midnight, sometimes its as early as 10 pm. If I have internship I’m up by 6 am, but if i sleep in its anywhere between 7:30 and 9 am

yo you need to set your language to English (US) and then you should see the Custom option. Pick that and you get more menus.
