Water management is the most neglected area in Pakistan; even when our survival depends on it,the country is soon going to be the most water stressed in the region. Now, when there is rapid rate of climate change and glaciers are melting, impending floods are expected in region. Effective piping structure is the national emergency that can be achieved earlier than dams & which is environmentally sustainable and economic thing to do so because when there will be no water in future from glaciers what will be the use of empty concrete dams?
