Good morning! It’s been a while so here’s a full update with a couple of pictures. My weight had been creeping up a little bit, so I’ve been working to get it back down to my “happy weight”. I finally finished clearing out the clothes that were too big and bought some new clothes (see shorts and jeans above). My butt feels so good in pants that are not sagging!

I stayed honest in logging my eating this week and was successful in controlling my snacking as well as overall eating. I need to keep tracking my food as I eat a lot more mindfully when I'm writing it down. My username on MFP is jennyhart200 if anyone wants to add me :)

I'm going to make a new workout plan for the week , I always do great at the start of the week and then get too exhausted, so I'm obviously overdoing it!

I think I'm going to incorporate a cardio day into the mix, too.

Progress Update

(7/3/19)

CW: 234 lbs

I am bler today and have rolled my eyes so much I'm surprised they haven't gotten stuck yet. It's about a .5lb gain which honestly isn't a big deal. Its just not progress. I have no excuses to make for the lack of progress. I knew that eating takeout everyday last week wasn't the best thing to do yet i did it.

I wasn't even going to write this post. But

I need to hold myself accountable for this teeny tiny set back

I wanted to show that progress is not linear. At least not in my case.

I will be back at the track tomorrow morning. I'm thinking I'll even do another month of oats for breakfast everyday. I'm a little upset I've "missed" a week, but its happened now i have to get back on track.
