Only two people left in this world // Bran
"You have to do something Jaime," Cersei hissed, her temper shortened by her nerves. Jaime seemed less bothered which only served to infuriate her further, "they'll have both our heads for this, you realize, and probably Joffrey, Tommen's and Myrcella's too." She had begun pacing. It had taken her some effort to find this precious little time alone with Jaime, where she was certain they would not be overheard. The king had gone hunting with many of the men in his party, which made her nervous enough. What if Stannis had told someone else? Jaime though, ever the portrait of cool arrogance, did not seem to be taking Stannis' threat seriously, "He knows, he as much as told me so 'those who breach the laws of marriage through cuckoldry are dishonorable, and weak' he knows."
"Sweet Sister," he spoke pushing himself off the wall to walk toward her. She stilled her steps and watched him walk forward expectantly, "Stannis won't tell Robert or he would have already."
"And if he told someone else?"
"Then we will find out who he told and I'll kill him too."
While relief flooded her body she did not betray it, still glaring at Jaime as he drew closer to her, "What if it's too late? What if someone tells the King?" "Then we'll say he's lying, they're lying," he took her by the shoulders and she pulled away roughly, still glaring
"Don't touch me," she said through her teeth, but Jaime went on.
"We'll say whatever we like, and if that doesn't work I'll go to war with them if I have to," he was always so sure, so arrogant, and Cersei could not help but feel the same arrogance, the same sureness, the longer he spoke.
He pushed her back against the wall and in an instant his lips were on hers. She pushed against him, without any real force, "Jaime, not now," she whispered, her hands traveling down his chest, still pushing with less than half her strength. He kissed her again, and turned her protests to moans as he pulled up her skirt. This was always how it went with them, she would pretend to resist but she never could.
