But what I’m getting is the reminder that connecting to your self and your source deeply is the most important work you can do for yourself and for your relationships. How often we’re taught to seek out there in relationships things that we somehow forget to nurture and nourish and give abundantly to ourselves. That’s right..... keep looking for someone to do that for you???? Relationship is such an amazing beautiful space and experience for growth in every way...... but remember that your SELF and your HIGHER SELF relationships will likely find themselves reflected in all the others. For example, it took me probably 30 years to realize how unkind I could talk to myself. When I finally u covered this, my whole world started to unfurl and soften and loosen its unforgiving grip on me.
