This drawing of the #washingtondctemple is commissioned by a family who just adopted their fourth child. They have three other temple drawings from me, corresponding to the temples where each of their children were sealed to them forever. 💙😢😊 A friend here in Tacoma also just chose to say yes to a need and grow her foster family from 1 to 4 all of a sudden. To see how full her heart is, despite the sleeplessness of caring for a newborn (or perhaps because of it!) She's amazing...Aahh! I've always felt my heartstrings pulled hard by the needs of children without safe homes and loving parents. I'm trying to figure out what to do about that. What I can really do... At the least, I can use my business to provide charitable donations to organizations helping foster children or refugees. I hope to formulate a plan while I'm on vacation the next few weeks. I also miss doing giveaways on Instagram of my prints. I need to thank YOU for following my projects and cheering me on! So many things I need more time for. And energy! Hopes for a shot of invigoration and change (just a bit) this summer! 🙏🏻✨👊🏻 . #giveback #familiesareforever #children #love #adoption #fostercare #ldstemples #Godloveschildren #ldsart #drawing #sepia #templedrawing
